That was all I had time for.

The turnout was very good, and next year I'd expect the same. Talking to Keith Roller I found that there are more cars out there being built as we speak. Folks this movement is going up, and getting better all the time in spite of a slow year we had like this one.

There will be excellent oppurtunities coming next year, up and down the I-35 corridor to display, reunite, solve history's mysteries, and even track time ----solid plans are being put together better than ever before, and it looks like there will be at least 3 on track shows between DFW and OkC next year. Holleys will be doing their get-togethers through the winter, and there are still neat cars yet to posted here ( I have one to go see that is unreal!), 2 big reunions next year , and who knows just how far this road will go.

WORD UP TO JIGGS FOUNDS----KEEP BUILDING CARS, YOU HAVE DEFINITELY GOT 'THE TOUCH'.

Looks like you all had a great gathering!! Keep it rolling!! The more vintage cars we can get on the track and at events, the more it will snowball into something bigger!!

Yes the momentum is building. There is getting to be quite a few coupes and sedans in the corridor now, maybe that contingency will build even more. Bet it will.

All,

What a great event. Sorry I missed it. Hopefully next year.

Nice pic! I see the 777 of Bill Criner from OKC...that was a pretty sharp looking car.

The Texhoma Racers Reunion Committee would like to thank all car owners who brought their rides for display, to our event. We thank you all for helping to make our "Reunion, Luncheon and Hall of Fame Induction" event a success. Hope to see you again next year !!

Lonzo,

Did Round Boy still own the car after your Dad drove for him in 1972? I think Bill Bennett drove the car in 1973. What did Round Boy do with the car after 1973? Didn't he own the old #15 super that Steve and David Young in 1974?

Mike
