Bruce; Just got the tape of OVSCRA racing at Crawford County Speedway so far this year & it looks like the ole # 9 is coming on strong. For a new owner/driver you are doing great. Noticed the announcer picked up that you guys feature win checkered flag/victory lap is the way it used to be & they don't do that for their other classes, plus they now give you trophys for your feature wins. You must be doing something right, they want OVSCRA there twice a month where most of us only only race once a month. Keep it up guys, great racing ! Bob

Yes Bob, they enjoy the Vintage Modifieds at Crawford County Speedway. They would let us run every Saturday night if we wanted to! They have been good to us, the checkers on the victory lap and the trophy are a great addition to the night!!
Andy will soon have the 8-Ball, 34 Ford 5-window coupe with the flathead engine on the track! This Modified has history at CCS, as it ran there in the sixties!! We have another local who's building an early 30's Mopar with a Chevy straight 6 cylinder drivetrain.
This is what Vintage racing is all about, Family, Friends, and the enjoyment of racing the Old Racers!!!
