I wanted to introduce myself. Brian told me about your site. I'm going to purchase my father's 60's modified (37 Plymouth body). I'm interested in doing some racing here. I am a member of DAARA a club in Florida that does "exhibition" racing of vintage stock cars (midgets, sprints, speedsters, modifieds). The car was built and raced by my father in the late 60's and has been restored and raced almost ever since. The car is not very fast but a lot of fun. Attached are two pictures - one from when my father raced it and how it looks today. I look forard to doing some racing with everyone.

Dans28,...Welcome aboard. Lot of interesting stuff goes on heree. I am in Volusia Co, moved here from Kansas City area. I was in supermodified and sprint car racing. acing is racing & we all enjoy it.

Welcome to RFTP!! Nice looking car. You don't have to be fast to be look cool and have fun. Sure love the motor your dad is running in the pic. Way to cool. So why does the heading say "New Member Ft Worth"?

It's a lucky man that gets to have his dads old race car back. Updated or not.
