Could be, but I never heard that in this campground. I just heard bruised back on that deal.

I was in the pits after the races last night & never heard a thing about that there. Would love to know if this is just a rumor or fact.

If there is anything to this it will be announced by the end of the day monday. I find it kind of doubtful since the Dude is well aware of the rules there and I find it rather unlikely that he would need to cheat to win at Knoxville anyway. That being said anything is possible I left Casey's night in 2006(i believe) thinking I had saw Jeff Mitrisin get a 410 win in the wares/harrison 10 only to find out later he got DQ'd for an illegal wing
More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the

to come. Only the most average talent behind the

I've heard the dope on his tires was plenty strong after the race but even after if being brought to their attention Knoxville officials decided to ignore it. Evidently he feels the need to cheat against Knoxville regulars. I was also told that the dope keeps the tire durometering where it should be but give the car extra on the starts.

If that is true you know what happens to cheaters

Kville officials had to be told the tires were doped because they don't know how to inspect a car?
hhahahahah...you are kidding right?

IF (and these are big IFs) it is true that should be addressed by Knoxville officials, either way! To have this out there, without being answered, does a big disservice to both the Knoxville officials & Danny Lasoski. The officials if they either didn't catch it, or chose to ignore it, & to Lasoski if it isn't true. Now, if it is true & Lasoski was DQd, that is precisely what should happen & Danny will deserve all the boos that will follow him everywhere he races from now on & especially at Knoxville!! Personally, I am hoping it is just a rumor (& I'm a McCarl fan), because for a driver of Lasoski's caliber to feel he had to cheat to win where he's won 92 times before, is a terrible thing to imagine!! Guess we'll all see tomorrow.

The Knoxville officials are totally incompetent. Cappy is showing sings of Alzheimer's and Doug Clark is losing sight in his one good eye and john McCoy acts like he don't care whats going on he just wants to get the show over as soon as possible. There has been tire prepping going on ever sence they came up with the great tire rule idea. It's time for a change at the sprint car capital of the world...by by Cappy see you at the old folks home... ps take Robuck with ya...

I will have to say from personal experience of racing at Knoxville weekly for 3 full years, that I have never been to a track that I can recall that is more professional and smoothly run as Knoxville. If we were still racing, that is the track I would love to race at, other than you can't see shit in the pits. Cappy, John McCoy and the whole working crew that make that track tick should be commended for all their hard work and sweat. The care about the drivers and the teams and truly love the sport.

Perhaps you can enlighten all of us as to how someone "backs into a win" when someone else may have cheated? Last I heard, if the "winner" is DQd then the 2nd place finisher is awarded the victory, regardless of who it is. However, the 2nd place finisher is in NO WAY responsible for the "winner" being disqualified. Seems to me that's why it's called CHEATING!!
