I wish we could have the old Eldora back. It just boggles my mind that the preferred line around this place is up against the fence...on the BOTTOM. It seems every year, the track gets a little bit flatter. To watch Joey Saldana and other guys roll on the bottom is just not right. Damn shame a bunch of trucks have taken over this racetrack. Ok, vent over.

Doesnt get much worse than a bunch of Ford stickers on chevies and running the bottom at Eldora. Might as well get a real job Tony.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

I have always been in shock at the transformation that Eldora has been going through
Why Tony would take something so awesome like Earl created and ruin it like he has just baffles me for pushtrucks.
Eldora has lost its Mystique cause just anyole swinging dick can win there now were as before it took real intestinal fortitude to race and win there and thats why for years and years the same men were winning the Kings royal and since the Tony takeover its been fluke after fluke cause that track is not scary like the late great Earl had it now its rated G

USAC was excellent! I just hate watching winged Sprint cars fight for the bottom at Eldora.

I agree. Usac feature was great!! Any guesses how much they spend a night on fireworks, fireballs, etc? 50k?

Certainly wasn't disappointed in the USAC feature at all! That was awesome! Throw a blanket over the top six for the majority of the race! Glad I made the tow. Congrats to Logan! I wanted to see him win but I was also hoping someone would do it on the top. Watching them ride the cushion at Eldora is pretty dang cool!

I heard he called the car owner from the hospital to get the back up car ready. I don't know if the throttle jammed from the crash or if jac was "out" but I don't think I've ever heard a motor run WOT upside down as long as that one. I'm sure it's junk.
And I'll echo the commnts on the track surface. It sucks. It's a shame.
