I realize that this event is far from North Texas/Oklahoma but some cars come from across the US to this event. It runs from February 18-21 and has all classes of vintage racing (Model A Speedsters, midgets, sprints, modifieds). There is a great swap meet and car auction. Here is the link to the site:

I will be picking up my car in Florida and racing Thursday thru Saturday and driving it back on Sunday. This is a DAARA event and membership is required to race. Thier site is:

They are a great group of vintage racers and ther is a great collection of vintage cars.

I'm ready to see yer coupe! I really, really think it's cool that a guy has his Dad's old race car. Even if it's not like it was, it IS what it is.
