Jackie was busy last summer working on his vision of the ultimate street rod. Don't know if he finished it yet.

Word has it that he had it out at the So-Cal shop in CA. It was out back when a visitor came through. He was welcome to look, but absolutely 'no pictures'.
Me thinks they may have a big promotional push in mind for that car. Here's a few pics I robbed anyway

Brian, you must stop Hi-jacking stuff. You do know that what goes around comes around, so watch your stuff it may end up in OKC.
Like I was told the other day......I'm a Klepto-maniac, but when it flairs up real bad.....I take something for it.

The one car that Jackie is in has a very great hisotry. Wayne Wisley bought if from Doc Garrett. Al Lemmons drove it in 1974. In 1975 Jack Wickett drove it. In 1976, Lemmon English bought it and it became then #5. Rumor has it, that the car is in Joplin, either being restored or it is restored.

From the Mike Monotoboy collection
The driver was Larry Ashlock. His sons are posing with him here. The big guy is Cope Miller, also known as "The Indian". Ronald Guffey is the short guy 2nd from the right.
This is Terry Uehlings #27 car out of Kansas, bought after the'71 season.

Man... we sure could have used this photo in the restoration. This is one of the clearest front shots of our car that I have seen. Nice trailer too...
