Looks like a dress rehearsal for a 2 car team in 2026.
This all fell together awfully quick, you can't tell me this wasn't in the works weeks ago. Just a feeling

I predict schatz winning a race while driving for quiring. I am curious if both cars run out of the same trailer, and who is turning the wrenches on donny car.

I heard an interview with Johnny Gibson and spoke like he knew that Cody Jacobs will be crew chief for both.

This is only for (7) events, per Tod. Additional team members have been brought in, while Cody will be overseeing both cars. If Donny wins a few races, I think it'll be a tough decision to keep him in that ride or not with two dozen races remaining.

So Donny did what he never does and gives us what many expected Madsen to do, meanwhile Tony has an extra $1500 bucks for drag fuel.

Sounds like the Bug game deal is still a deal but not enough cars in the barn. Great to see he has so much respect in the game that people are lining up to give him cars. Thethird on is the bestlooking imo.

As much as I'd like to see it, I can't see Donnie moving to Pa.

Not going to lie I feel bad for the don. He rarely tears up equipment and night 1 is upside down. I bet he felt terrible about it and doesn't want to put the team in a bad situation.

Sprint car racing can have the higest of highs to lowest of lows. Last night at Jackson would have been perfect scenario for Donny to draw pole for dash and start on pole on a track that was there wasnt much passing. He was one of the very best and can still pass cars cleanly. ' It shows how much respect He has earned in last 20 years. Big Game showed his respect by adding Donny and I think best option to finish this season and then decide future plans. Donny races because He loves the sport and loves to compete it has nothing to do with money

Correct. Donnie has a job which is why he flies home after most events.

Let's be honest. When's the last time the Lundstra car did that well in a WoO race?

I can't remember ever to be truthful. I thought Pittman's effort at Knoxville this year was about the best I've ever seen that car run....................

Dave Lunstra is a local (Sioux Falls area/ Husets Speedway) car owner who has always fielded some good equipment. Time Kaedeing was in the car for a while in recent years. After that, I don't recall who drove for him.

I felt bad for him as well. Any human being would be humbled in that situation. Did Schatz become someone who people can cheer for now? I never bought a Schatz shirt, and did boo him many times during the Nationals streak but I don't like how his time with TSR ended and can appeciate his importance to spring car racing. I get why Tony made that decision but don't like how it was done, however it's obviously his team, money and he can do whatever he chooses.
I think DS has much to give back to the sport, in a car, so hoping he can find something long term and fight for wins with the WOO.

This late in the season he should have offered Donnie an end of the partnership tribute for the rest of the season. Maybe he did and Donnie said kiss off.
