With his comment tonight before the race he sounded not pleased..Is the Ford not working like they want or do they miss Ricky Warner

Was also wondering if when Bobby Davis Jr won with Casy Luna Ford was it really Ford powered or just advertised on the car..

Like NoDoors said, it was actually a Ford engine. Jeff Swindell also competed with a Ford engine.

Not exactly a ton of confidence in that interview. Most drivers would say "we'll see in 35 laps" or "time to go elbows up"-----but Donny basically said "we're gonna suck so we'll just try to hold on to a top 15"
Not running like a 10-time champ right now. Then again, there he sits in 2nd----66 pts. out again.

Wow, I had no idea what he had actually said. I was tuned in on DirtVision, but I don't actually pay attention to driver introductions or interviews. I was aware that he had said something very short and then just walked off abruptly. I went back and replayed that and his comment was that he would need "a lap head start" to win the race. It had the tone of he's ticked off at his crew over something, or else he's not happy with his whole situation right now.

I would guarantee it is not SPrint Cars. The WOO would ban it for a conflict of interests and the All Stars wont have it for the same reasons, So it will NEVER be Sprints. It may not even be NASCRAP It could Be indy It Could me F-1 so whats your point it hasnt happened

I don't cheer for Donny to win, actually the opposite but I do respect his accomplishments. I didn't think what he said was really all that negative but more of a leadership message. This season & last season with everything going on Donny has been fairly positive about everything happening and trying to do his part but this past season, that team has not performed up to par. You can only encourage and pat people on the back and compliment them so much until eventually they just need a kick in the ass. If anyone on his team is offended or had any hurt feelings about it they can either fix the performance or go out the door. Although they have 2wins and are 2nd in the points, the results are not up to the standards that they are accustomed to. Even if Sweet & Schuchart have closed the gap. You don't win 10 championships & 10 Nationals by accepting the results that they have had. Donny has taken a lot in stride the past year & half but I think he might be getting to the point of if we're not going to get any better then some changes are going to be needed.
OR. It was just a joke to get a chuckle & ease some of the stress & tension that everyone might be under.

Not exactly sure how Larson driving the 15 for Stewart would represent any conflict of interest, as long as Ford Performance and other sponsors were OK with it. It's no skin off of the WoO's nose who drives the 15 and Stewart owns the All Stars so how would the All Stars have an issue with it? All that said, I think Stewart's interest in him is for the #14 in NASCAR.

What would be the conflict of interest? How does it work for drivers that have their own teams? Was it a conflict of interest when Steve Kinser owned Kraigs car?

The conflict of interest come into play is what if macedo is winning Larson is in 2nd and slows to let Macedo win so he gets the OWNER POINTS and also at the same time Blocks someone else from winning. There can be so many ways Larson could CHEAT and other teams would be having Fits. Kinser on the other Hand Owned the Cars and the teams there is No Conflict there he owned both of them. Larson Driving for Stewart and Owning a SEPERATE WOO Team is a Conflict from the get go and would never be allowed
