What travelers are coming up for the race. I know alot of IRA guys will be there.
Dirt is for racing, asphalt is for the parking lot.

As rough as the track was last week I would be surprised if there is many locals and IRA cars. Plus not sure how many guys want to pay up for tethers and the membership fee. Guess we will see on Friday. My guess is right at 28-30 cars.

My guess is more cars than that. I think you will get 5-10 IRA guys running. Saw that Brad Loyet mentioned 3 WoO races this week, so I am assuming he will run Jacksonville, Wilmot and Haubstadt. Some of the MOWA guys will probably head up as well. I am guessing over 30 cars. Possibly 35+

What's the track like? Also, was thinking of sitting in section A or B. Looks like they're into the corner a bit though. Is that a good place to sit? Never been there. Good racing?

Track is pretty flat. I have seen some real good races there in the past. I think the Outlaws will put on a good show. I will say BRING EYEWEAR or GOGGLES. Come feature time a wave of dust will hit you every lap depending on wind direction. At least it used to. Not sure with the new clay they put in. If you were to sit near a corner I would suggest closer to turn 4 than turn 1. Just my opinion. I have gotten hit by stuff sitting closer to turn 1. Enjoy the show!!!

My preferred spot is just to the right to the scorer's box. I don't know about rough, but I heard with the new clay the track is super tacky, fast. Anyone interested in meeting up message me or post here. Let's have a beer and put faces with names!

The track has a new layer of clay and dust is not an issue. Here is a highlight video from the 410's last Saturday night.

A and B are obviously the first sections and they do not go into the corners. Turn one stars a bit after the where grandstands start. Sit up high. The track is sort of a paper clip, it has new clay, this will be only the second race on the new surface, which by my account was not TOUGH, BUMPY or whatever that other guy said. The track was in great shape. If you drifted high in the corners, it got rough but that was CUSHION, not the track necesarily. The groove was smooth. The track had a lot of rain on it coming into Saturday night, and the cushion got very heavy. The track was not rough....

Dust was not an issue because of all the rain we had. The Outlaws like dry/slick, so that is what I am expecting

Paul Nienhiser, Thiel, Spitz, Schroeder Balog of course. Id imagine a bunch of the IRA, and possibly Ian Madsen, and Craig Dollanksy. Last Outlaw show at Wilmot had 40 cars.

The Outlaws will pull in with about 15 cars. I wonder if any of the Knoxville gang will make the haul? IRA/Wilmot guys can pull up to 30 on their own. Some MOWA guys will most likely come here after Wednesdays race so this could get good. I hope they jam the pits. Support classes (not wilmot regulars as they got shut out) will not be good in my opinion so plenty of time to walk the pits after the heats. It would have been great to get the WIMS mini sprints and Wilmot mods or stocks like they did for the Allstar show!
I tell it like I see it.

Wilmot had no hands in the decision of support classes. That, I guess, comes from the Outlaws. It would have been nice for a huge crowd to see the Mini's, they put on a good show.

Badger Micro site has them running with the Outlaws Friday night
http://www.bmara.com/micros/600schedule.html. They usually put on a pretty good show and are usually just as fast as the mini's. I dont know about the legends at Wilmot though...

I can see them not wanting to run narrow tires because they do nothing but tear up the track, but it is just strange that two classes that NEVER run Wilmot, were brought in. I guess you need time to go to the can and then go get refills. Otherwise there would be missed action...lol

SLS Promotions is renting/running the show at Wilmot for the WoO show, so the track had no decsion on support classes... It would have been cool to run there w/the outlaws but it is what it is... 600's do put on a good show but im assuming they will only have 10 cars on hand...Legends pull in alot at Beaverdam but I dont see them towing down to wilmot, so maybe 10 legends?... I could be wrong... Should be a great night of racing though..

Wayne Johnson will be there. I hope he has better luck than he did in the All-Star race last year....
