Club members: It is with sadness to report the passing of club member Chuck Faulkner on Dec. 31. Chuck participated not only as part of our club but also with a number of other vintage race car organizations over the past 20 years. Funeral services wil be at 2PM Friday, Jan. 4 in Flanner and Buchannan - Carmel, where friends and family are invited to gather on Thursday, Jan. 3 from 4 to 8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. To sign the guest register, please visit www.flannerbuchannan.com. Cards may be sent to the family at 939 E. 101st St. Indianapolis, IN 46280 It would be hard to find anyone who enjoyed being at the race track more than Chuck. He will be missed by all of us. He towed back here several times. I think just because it was the heart of Nance County, LOL R.I.P.!
I remember in the early days of this site, say back in 2000-2001 era Chuck sent photos of his Nance. It was my first taste of seeing actual restored race cars from my younger days mainly at the Kansas State Fairgrounds.
