Buck Cadwell "The Arnett Cowboy" from Arnett, OK in this 07 has a 74 Merrick and MARCAR decals. The Car stayed the same through to the 76 season. It was involved in the 74 Hutch fire but it was not destroyed. Mike thinks this car was a former Ray Cates #2? Does this mean the car setting in Medford OK at the mower shop is this car??? This is a big question mark now. Probably not. When Buck raced this at Enid the fans went nuts. Buck was their star and in a super amongst the other stars of the supers.

Dave Frusher from Ness City, KS in this Richardson #07. As I remember this car was painted up for the bicentennial year of 1976. But I still remember this body style being run in 75? Before that they ran a Edmunds style body. Maybe in 75 Dave drove the John Schippert team car to Grady Wade #04??

This is some great stuff for the site.

This 07 was Dave Frusher's ride in the first half of the 70. When did the body style change from this to the bicentennial body?? I went to Dodge City at least one of month sometimes twice to races. The best of both worlds, open wheel and fenders.

the Buck Cadwell 07 was sold to a guy with the first name of Ed from the Tulsa area.I can not remenber his last name. He raced it at Dewey and Tulsa I think in 1978 or 79
