That was great...brings back many memories. This looks like it was taken by a Terry Doss fan, because both of his cars are prominant in this.
Cars I recognized on the old quarter mile in OKC: Terry Doss (73), Larry Wilson (82), Billy Patton (00), Robert Trice (74), Ken Hailey (54).
On the big half mile in OKC: Dale Reed (6), Herb Copeland (8), Harold Leep (2), Emmett Hahn (01), Bill Parker (47).
On the old Tulsa 3/8 mile: Benny Taylor (13), Terry Doss (78/73)
Back on the OKC half mile: Benny Taylor (13), Aaron Madden (1), Larry Madden (01), Grady Burkes (401), Terry Doss (73), Bobby Walker (3), George Armstrong (8), Larry Dewell (12).

By the way, I opened a new account under 'vintagesupermodified' on yew-toobe. From now on, that account will only favorite or upload videos of RED-BLOODED,LEFT-TURN RACE CARS. Since this website is my home base (Thanks to Warren for the place), I think it should be reflecting what is agreeable to this site. I am a supermodified fan first(always have been), but I like old USAC, and old N**CAR too.
And anything that relates to the mindset thereof. No politics or religious views or brittany spears videos.

My dad has a 8mm tape of the 1965 play day or some kind of time trials. He keeps on telling us kids that he is going to get all the 8mm tapes on dvd. When he does then I hope to be able to get a copy and put it on the web site. Some of the cars I remember on the tape are Garland Shepard, Dan Diaz and Joe Cox's 33.
