This car is said to have run in or around the Abilene, TX area in the early 60's. Story also has it that it was sold and intended to run the 1965 season but life intervened. So, it was pulled off in 1964.
Anybody recognize this car?

Crazy as it seems, these cars are very popular in any part of the country. If it's cheap, close, and mostly complete, I'd suggest picking it up to save it from the scrapyard. Someone will want it.
