The grandstand still stands and is used for the rodeo and an occasional jogger going up and down.

Coming out of turn 2. What track was I??? In between those steel post is linked with 3/8 cable.

Hint Hint. It's funny I don't think greyhounds ever raced on this track.

I was trying to lure out some of the lurkers that I know are out there. They are the only ones that would know this probably.
It is the Dickinson County Fairgrounds in Abilene, KS. I'm not sure if it ever had weekly racing, maybe way be when. It is the Greyhound Capital of the world.
Any stories out there from you lurkers about this track. I seen a photo of the track at the Chet Wilson website of the Offy Killer #25 racing there.
