I use photobucket. I upload from there, then downsize it to "large" or smaller. Right click -then left click on "copy".
Come back here, and -right click, left click on "paste", choose 'allow access', then it should post.
or you can e-mail me at [email protected] I'll post them for you.

Login and then in the posting box that is at the bottom click on the item that looks like a mountain with a sun over it. Then click on the upload button and find the picture on your computer and upload it. Ater it is uploaded click on it and then click on insert or just double click on the image.

Maybe Big Dog can figure it out. I just thought it was me or my computers. I thought it was strange I couldn't do it on 3 different computers and basically different systems.
Alltel and SBC and different virus programs.

Here's how I've been doing it. This works on most forum boards, thus i keep it in the file. IF YOU MOVE OR DELETE THE PICTURE IN PHOTOBUCKET, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP HERE or anywhere else for that matter.
OPEN UP A SECOND WINDOW FROM INTERNET EXPORER, COME BACK HERE AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Use the below for the other window.
Join here first--Be sure you write down your 'username' and your 'password'
http://register.photobucket.com/
I haven't had any trouble out of this site.

Next-
When you have your account set up and you are in
You will see a BLUE BOX the says "choose files"---click on that--You, and you only will see this box when you are logged in to YOUR account.
Then your 'my pictures' window should open up.
Type in the pictures name there-----then click 'open'
The larger the file size, the longer it will take to 'upload' the picture.

Now,
The picture is uploaded and you can see it. NOW we have to 'resize' it. OR at least make sure it is the right size to post.
Click on the picture- or click on "edit" just above the picture
When that page is open and ready, --Look for 'resize' and click on that
NOTE- There are several file sizes you can choose from. Biggest files get deleted, small files are hard to see.-----------I always choose 'large' or 'medium' if I can.
It will ask you if 'really want to change the size', click yes.
When that is done, --in the middle of the picture- RIGHT CLICK- choose 'copy'
Come back here, open your post,
---right click--choose "paste"
Click "allow access"
That should do it.

Once you get that down, Then you will be able to crop the white borders from around you the pictures you scanned. The edit page has the 'crop' option. Play around with it, you'll see what I mean.
At some point, we need someone who does 'photoshop'! Then we can see what our racecars will look like before they're even painted or finished.
These guys will give you an idea,

Do not forget---i am a computer idiot born in the wrong century. I am challenged just as bad as the rest of you. I have found that years of learning can be compressed into a short amount of time through a message board as fine as this one. I love the cars, the eras, but of course the people in the end are why we are here. The will to learn more MADE me find out how. If I can do it, you can too.
Post your pics man, you'll probably make somebodies day!

How about a picture from another site? easy
right click on the picture---left click on "copy"
come back here, in an open post- right click- then left click on "paste"
Choose "allow acess"-there you go.
Some sites have a protection set up so that you can't copy. Oh well
