I say he cut across the infield in turn 4, he should have been flagged and sent to the back!!!!!

I noticed that same thing. I didn't know you could drive through the infield, inside the corner tire and have the lap count.
It sure was amazing though....

I wonder if the tap from Schuchart was a return bump from Knoxville?
And the turn 4 move for the lead looked like the 57 could turn any direction anytime he wanted, seemed to be sliding then hooked up to turn. The handling looked very controllable at that moment.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Did you not see he was knocked, forced to the infield. He did a hell of a job not spinning out.

EXACTLY....it wasn't like he cut the corner on purpose. It was an incredoble feat of driving skill to save it...I am just amazed he caught Schuchart. Look how far back he was at the white flag. I am enjoying watching him race sprint cars for as long as we can. He is fun to watch and has brought attention to the sport within the entire racing community. It will be interesting to see how he does on Sunday at The Indy mile with the Silver Crown cars.

That was absolutely incredible. I've never in my 30+ years of watching sprint cars seen a 2 lap comeback like that to win. I think that solidifies my opinion that Kyle Larson is the best winged sprint car driver I've ever watched in my life. I've never seen anyone drive like him. Pure talent behind the wheel. I literally stood up off my recliner and yelled "HOLY SHIT" as they crossed the line.

Wrong. I believe he has the right to re-enter the track as long as he does not advance his position. Especially as the result of contact. Also, there are guys with "Official" on their shirts all over the track and one in the flagstand. They will take care of rule enforcment. You can just sit back and enjoy the show. That's the cool thing. And when you go to work on Monday, they won't be standing over you telling you what to do. Kinda cool

Haters gonna hate.
He'll be back in NASCAR next year, so you'll have to find someone else to hate on.

Absolute proof of what car control really is, amazing. Enjoy while you can folks this is not gonna last..
Disappointed in Logan who obviously tried to spin him out but then did not have enough class to congratulate him in Victory circle. Don't think I saw Donny there either. I can't remember the last time a runner-up didn't shake the winners hand. Maybe these guys are tired of having Kyle eat their lunch on a regular basis. Maybe a new nickname for Kyle could be "shortcut", he's getting a bit old for 'yung money'.....

Last 2 laps were amazing, but this is getting old!
Whats his overall record this year? Seems like he wins 90% of the time...

We need some bored Stats guy who can tell us how many races he's won in each division along with how much money he has made to date, that's something I would like to know. Thanks in advance....

Did he just miss hitting a vehicle with people sitting on it in the infield by about 10 feet, at racing speed?

When getting on your keyboard after watching a race that ends that way you should ask yourself two questions about the comment your going to write. Imagine you're sitting next to Karl or Steve Kinser.
1. Does it reflect that I am a fan of the most exciting bad ass racing in the country with guys doing things with cars and 900 hp engines that the average racer could never do and can't wait for my friends to see it.
OR
2. I'm going to sound like a pussy.

Yeah, that was kinda hairy looking. Amazing car control as always from this kid. The track might want to change the infield safety policy a bit.
Nellie, Logan didn't try to take him out, Larson came down and Logan wasn't lifting. Just hard racing as they say.

I think those questions should also be applied to the china virus threads.

Could it be that the WoO are discouraging unnecessary interaction to prevent more COVID positives among their ranks? Not arguing as I wasn't there and didn't watch, just offering a possible alternate scenario.

Logan and Donny both came out to the front stretch for their interview, but their cars were positioned well to the left (Logan) and right (Donny) of victory lane. The Outlaws pry stated only the winner and crew (with masks) were allowed in victory lane due to the recent outbreaks. Better be safe than sorry, if you listened to Logan's interview he congratulated Larson on the victory and mentioned that he tried to check up once Larson moved infront of him. I wouldn't say it was dirty by any means.

Maybe dirtlover can put the stats together for us. Oh wait, he's the one that think Larson's never done anything...
