Might get 40 cars for wing....30 for non wing maybe. Losing the outlaws cost them all the stars for the wing. 50,000 to win is to much on the top. $25,000 would still get the hot dogs to to show up.

For that $$, you'd think he could have just paid the WOO sanction.

Ha-Ha. Knoxville drivers have never had a great reputation of being travelers. I am sure that they are going to make the drive to the track that has been in an open pissing contest with thier home track. Espically after the Nationals weekend. I would imagine that most will enjoy the time off.

There will be a few of the regulars make the trip, but probably not many. I don't think Heskin or Tatnell will be there. Dollansky might, especially since they were disappointed with Sat at the Nationals (powersteering line broke and sprayed PS fluid all over Craig.) Not sure how fast the payout drops off after 1st, but they could use a good paycheck and the NSL is not running so far as I know.

Considering that Dob and TK are near locks for the top two with Zomer also being really good up there, I am not sure honestly how many cars they will pull with that pay structure. Not having the outlaws there will help low end car counts though so it'll probably end up being a wash on car count but the quality will be less. I'd predict 40 to 50 cars for the 410 class.

In addition to that attrocious payback the Friday night payout is less than the weekly shows at BMS.
$4000 to win Fri night vs $5000 for a weekly show
'
I honestly don't see this race drawing any more cars than the 47 "410's" that the Silver Shootout did. Probably not anymore people either.
Take out the McCarls and a couple others and I'd say 40 cars +/-.

Again, put up your own $250,000 plus , and make your own payouts!

To be fair, the Silver Shootout race did have a big crowd. It was a good race. The feature was worth $30 admission. It was poorly run with a lot of down time, and it got over at close to 1:00. But it did have a big crowd.

I'm confused by the pay per view comment. It will be PPV on badlands website like it has been all year correct?. I believe I saw the Cost is $26.66/night if you purchase the full 3 night package.

I saw on twitter that Ian Madsen will be at Badlands this weekend. So at least one NSL'er will be racing.
NOSA was scheduled to be at Badlands both Friday & Sunday but it looks like they pulled out for Friday night. It is still on their schedule for Sunday though.
Without the NOSA cars, I imagine the car count will be around 30 for winged sprints.

For what it's worth, the average weekly car counts at the speedway formerly known as Husets looks like this:
410 Saturday weekly show: 28 cars
410 special show (Silver thingy & 2 WoO): 43 cars
360 weekly: 27 cars (note: about a half dozen of this class race Saturday nights utilizing their *smaller* 410's).
Realistic is 40+ winged sprints- not unlike the Silver thingy race.

So 33 of the 40 cars are getting $1,000- 2 tires/fuel/oil after pit passes. Or take the weekend off. I bet it's closer to 20 410s than 40 real 410s.

it pays $1000 to start. Doesn't the outlaws pay $700?

Chuck worried about the 410 car count? Why else add the taxi cabs.

LMs seem too big for that track.
