Scotty Nietzel headed to the ½ mile in Beaver Dam, WI Friday night to race with the Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprint cars and Twin Features.  After qualifying 5th, Scotty started deep in heat 2 at the fifth spot with the Velocity Wing sponsored sprint car.  Scotty was able to move up one spot and finish 4th.  For the first 20 lap feature Scotty was able to start on the outside of the first row.  At the end of the feature he came across the checkered flag in third.  The pill draw determined the start for the second feature of the night.  Scotty started on the outside of the second row.  Scotty had found the right line and his Maxim chassis worked perfect as he came away with the win of the 15 lapper.  Once all the combined points were tallied the money stayed in Beaver Dam with Scotty coming away with the win.  Scotty will take his AFCO Shock sprint car and head to 141 Speedway for Sunday night for the next Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprint car race.  This is Scotty's first win this year with the IRA.

Jeremy Schultz also came way big on Friday night racing his Maxim chassis backed MSA sprint car in Manitowoc, WI Jeremy started.  Jeremy's Velocity Wing sponsored sprint car started the night on the inside of the third row during the heat.  At the end of the heat Jeremy was running third.  As the temperatures cooled Jeremy heated up.  Starting seventh in the feature Jeremy quickly made it known that he would contend for the win.  After a caution for a car stopping on the front stretch Jeremy found himself third and in prime position for getting the lead.  As the lead car took the green Jeremy and his AFCO shocks worked there magic and he was able to come around on the high side and never looked back.  The race was stopped two times.  The win is the first win at Manitowoc for Jeremy and the third of the year.
