Triple X continues partnership with Empire Super Sprints Triple X Race Components INC and the Empire Super Sprints will continue their relationship in 2009 as the ESS will again be part of the Triple X points fund sponsorship program. The Empire Super Sprints is an internationally known and long respected 360 sprint car series that has raced in the United States and Canada since 1983. In 2009 the Empire Super Sprints are scheduled to race 25 times at 12 different tracks in New York, Ontario and Quebec. The season opens on May 23rd at Fonda Speedway in Fonda, N.Y. and closes on October 9th at Cayuga County Fair Speedway in Weedsport, N.Y. At the end of the season, the top ten teams in the ESS point standings will receive contingency prizes from Triple X. Another lucky team will win a front axle from Triple X as a door prize. In all, about $2,000 worth of contingency prizes from Triple X Race Co. will be awarded to the teams of the Empire Super Sprints.
