Make plans now to attend the CMRA Motorcycle Road Races at Hallett this weekend. Hallett Motor Racing Circuit located 45 miles west of Tulsa on hwy 412 hosts Round #7 of the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Associations ten race 2007 Points Championships this weekend July 27-29.
Friday is open for practice to all current race school students, and licensed participants.
Saturday's card holds three Sprint Races, a two hour endurance race for Minis and a five hour big bike endurance race.
Sunday will see 18 Sprint Races beginning at 10:30am, including A Superbikes and Formula 1.
Hallett offers three viewing bleachers, plus unlimited sights from all around trackside. The Finish Line Cafe is one of the finest climate controled viewing stops on a race circuit around, and the food and hand made Ice Cream treats are some of the best.
The public is welcome and invited to attend this event. Always a great time to be had at Hallett, visit with the race teams, check out the constant improvements, every gate pass is a Pit Pass. Bring along a change of clothes if staying over night and a towel, soap and shampoo and enjoy a hot shower. RV Hookups available for a fee. Playground for the kids.
Participate in the famous Hallett "Spectator Parade Lap" of the Track at Noon on Sunday for anyone that rides a motorcycle or brings a Golf Kart, pit bike, scooter or ATV. (Must be 16 or older to operate anything with wheels in the paddock, if under 16 can be a passenger with helmet and with an adult for the parade lap.)
