I bought an 8 foot wide, 9 1/2 foot tall , 40 foot long steel storage container.

I filled the floorspace like we all do, and had a lot of airspace .

I went down to Lowes, and got an 8 foot red tube gate, about 1 3/4"- 2" tubing . They hold 300 lbs plus in the center. I know because big boy here got on it in the middle and bounced on it.

They are actually 4' tall and7'-6" long.

Take the hinge holders off the ends, and they wedge in easy with a floor jack. Use a 4" square timber cut about 5 foot long to push the gate in place.

I'll add pics soon, but the wheel rack I did for a total of $100 , gate braces, u-clamps and bolts, and tax-----------------------------is now holding 20 wheels and there is still about 1/3 more space to use. It is 6 feet off the floor, and thyere actually is room for another rack above it. No muss, no fuss!

SOMETIMES< I get lucky!!!!!!!!!!

I did today. This will almost double the useable space I was going to use in reality.
