Former Tri-State Speedway owner/promoter Cecil Harlan passed away Wednesday, November 23. 2011 from Lou Gehrig's, disease. He will be reposing at the Lewis Funeral Chapel, 4817 Kelley Hwy, Ft. Smith, Ar. Viewing hours will be from 10:00AM to 8

M Sunday, 11/27 and from 8:00AM to 8:00 PM Monday 11/28. The family will receive friends from 5:30PM until 7:30PM on Monday evening. Funeral will be Tuesday 11/29 at 2:00PM.
