A text from both track promoter and a series official confirms that Billy Moyer, Jr "Baby Smooth" will be competing Friday and Saturday night at Thunderbird Speedway in Muskogee for the first annual Topless "Thunderfest Late Model Shootout."
You street stockers and 360/emods are the support divisions both nights with features paying $500 both nights.
Please get out and support this event!

Was at Thunderbird Speedway tonite..Car count was good Track had few problems but with water we got ok.. I didnt see or even hear Billy Moyer Jr. Name??? Maybe tomorrow nite will have to wait and see i guess..

Conversations with him and officials all the way through last night and they found out tonight he went to Tri-City (Illinois) tonight instead. Still though, 29 cars and the caliber was not too shabby.

Sad attempt to promote a race. Any "rookie" fan would know to check a driver's race schedule on their website before posting anything. Shame on the promoters and David Smith. Moyer Jr's website cleary states he would be racing at Tri-City Speedway the 22nd-24th!

Fact: He informed MARS officials that he would be there, three times during the week as a matter of fact. When he was called Friday to see where he was, he informed them he went to Illionois instead.
YOU tell me what promoters are to do when drivers tell you one thing and then do another. And Billy isn't the only one...

And as far as on his schedule per his website, earlier this week he had on there that he was going to be in Columbus, MS this weekend and changed his plans again.
