The transponders shown 170 different Modified and Limited Modifieds took laps at practice night for the TMS Port-A-Cool® U.S. National Dirt Track Championsship, to be contested tonight and tomorrow night.
Additional entries are expected to come in throughout the day today from both registered drivers that didn't go to practice night and from new drivers that didn't pre-register.
There were also 5 SUPR Late Models that recorded laps to get some practice in prior to their event which is on Saturday night only. A full field of SUPR Late Models will be on hand battling for the $3,500 winners share.
Tickets for tonight's races at just $10 for adults and $15 for Saturdays championship finale. No food or drink are allowed through the grandstand entrances. Hot laps are at 6pm tonight and races start at 6pm on Saturday night (no hot laps Saturday).
