The 2nd annual James House memorial latemodel race will be held Sat August 20th at Caney Valley Speedway in Caney Kansas.....it pays 1500.00 to win and 300.00 to start the A feature we invite all latemodel drivers to come join us as we celebrate the life of James House and his love of Latemodel racing, we are expecting a large field of latemodels for this event...
. The 2nd Annual James House memorial shirts will be available along with several silent auction items, all proceeds go to three places James supported the Copan school district, Copan Volunteer fire dept and the James House memorial driver award...the award will be presented by the House family at the 2011 CVS awards banquet.Our goal is to continue the giving spirit that James had in life...this will be a huge night!!!a large fireworks display will follow the race program, we will also be racing B-mod,factory stock,purestock and turf car....
