George Bardsley, Scranton, Kansas race car builder and owner from the sixties passed over the weekend, 6-12-2011. His son, Bob Bardsley drove for him in the Topeka, Kansas area. He was 100 years old. He went to the nursing home on his 100th birthday to be with his wife who survives him. No funeral service is planned. There will be a memorial celebration of his life at a later date.
