Tonight is the season opener for both Lawton Speedway in Lawton Oklahoma and the sprint cars of the Oil Capital Racing Series. Each party is offering a challenge to sports and non-sports fans alike to attend this event for a night of thrilling, exciting and intriguing entertainment.

From the Eastern area of Oklahoma through the central portions of the state and to the west, the challenge is simple:

Set down the remote, get off the couch and head to the Lawton Speedway for some clean fun entertainment. Motorsport racing has been in existence since the day there were two vehicles produced. For about the cost of a movie ticket, motorsport racing delivers. Let us entertain YOU!

Grandstand Gates Open at 6pm. Racing starts at 8pm.

Left my two grooves on the Lawton bleachers. Wish there had been two on the track.
