All is still well for racing action tonight.

The weather is finally starting to 'show its cards' by looking at the animated radar.

It appears that from around noon to 1pm today there's a fast moving line of showers that will be passing through the area, with the bulk of the precip going north of here.

Then it appears to be calm/dry for a few hours.

Then, the front is located currently by Abiline with another quickly advancing, narrow line of precip...which if I had to guess would be here maybe around 4...give or take an hour.

But that appears to be about it.

I just was on a lap around the track and Bo has it sealed off, so the precip should roll off of it - the pits are all packed hard too.

So again, we'll see where we're at in a few hours and for the latest updates, they will be posted immediately at www.CowtownSpeedway.com

OK, it's now 11:45 and that line that appeared to be here from 12-1 is already been here and gone...it rained for maybe 5 minutes...so now it looks to be dry until the actual front blows through...which hopefully will be at 3-4 pm...since I posted this 1/2 hour ago it's already 30 miles east of Abilene, so it's definitely on the move...which is good for us!

STAY TUNED...SUN IS POPPING BACK OUT AGAIN NOW...
