I spoke with Gladys earlier today, John had a mild Heart attack last week, but he is home now and doing well. Gladys said he was giving the nurses a run for their money. At 82 years young he still has it!

She said to tell everyone howdy, and they sure miss seeing all of us on Friday.

I was able to get the bleachers that they sat on for years, (complete with seat #'s 1 &2) and I'm going to make a them a bench for their patio.

Now that is too freaking cool! Class people with plenty of stories to tell from all their years of not just racing at Fairgrounds Speedway but racing all through the area.

Thanks for the update on them as I was thinking about them today actually.
