Does anyone know how Josh Knowles #6 turf tire lost his lead under caution? I thought that when the caution came out that you were supposed to line up according to the last completed lap? Unfortunately for Knowles he was leading the race when a car spun in 3 and he bumped the wall that was when Chappa #30 passed him, the yellow came out long before the lap was complete yet Chappa was put in the lead and Knowles in second. How does this happen with a handful of cars?
