Glad I have to be out of town covering things with NCRA or I would really be upset. Outlaw Motor Speedway has postponed this Friday nights Lucas Oil ASCS show due to their sponsor pulling out.

They will be at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock Saturday night however.

It is getting to the point where you can't plan anything anymore because these race tracks are so unreliable. This is the second trip to Muskogee for me that has been cancelled or changed for the month of June! This really makes it hard to justify driving that far in the future.

This is not intended to bash or discredit the Promoter, however shouldn't there be a contract in place with the event sponsor long before the scheduled event? To cancel a race with a 4 days notice is not fair to fans and racers and not good business.

Not to mention that the ASCS could have scheduled another track on this date, and this was the only National race in the state of OK. I doubt if any other OK tracks would have stepped up and run the national guys but you never know.

Might have been tough to do, given the short notice, but that woulda' been a great cenario.
