Charles Holly ( racer) has opened a barbecue resturant at 39th & Portland. It's on the NE corner by Locke Supply. They will be open at lunch only till June 1. Great barbecue and some neat racing pictures. Give it a try.

Thanks for the compliment! Our summer hours will begin in June, also we are needing more race car pictures so bring them in and we will put the them on the tribute to state fair speedway wall of fame.

Just asking are you serving any type of alcohol? Just thinking that this would be a cool place for people to come to and tell war stories on state fair speedway.

Right now we are open Monday-Friday 11am-3pm, but starting in June we will stay open until 8:00 on Thursdays and Friday nights, plus we will be open on Saturdays from 11am-8:00pm.
Sorry but we don't serve alcohol, but were still hoping racers and race fans will think it is a cool place to hang out and tell war stories about state fair speedway or any racing for that matter

Could become a place where current racers and racers from the past get together like they do about once a month up in Tulsa.
I work at Reno and MacAurther and love barbque so this I may have to check out...
