Cowtown Schedule Changes For Upcoming SUPR, USMTS & NCRA Events
Kennedale TX (4/16/10) by DarinShort.com. There are three schedule changes taking place in the upcoming weeks at Cowtown Speedway that fans and teams need to be informed of.
First off, the SUPR Late Model series event scheduled for April 24th will now be held at a later date.
In its place on April 24th will be a $1,000 to win and $100 to start Cowtown Modified special event. In addition, there will be a $1,000 purse Dash for the top Modified heat performers with the winner taking home $500, second will receive $300 and third will pocket $200. The advertised support divisions for that night remain unchanged and will be the Performance Transmissions raceTX.com Limited Modifieds, Winged 600’s, Bombers and the Winged Modifieds. Adult ticket prices will remain at $12, with kids (ages 3-5) $2 and youth (ages 6-11) $5.
The May 8th USMTS Modified series event has been pushed back one week to May 15th. It will replace the $1,000 to win Modified special, however, all advertised support divisions that night will still be racing. Those divisions include the Performance Transmissions raceTX.com Limited Modifieds, Winged 600’s, Bombers and LSDCC.com Dwarf Cars.
May 8th will now feature a $1,000 to win Modified special.
Then, on May 22nd the NCRA Modified series will be back at Cowtown, instead of the originally scheduled May 29th date. The May 22nd advertised support divisions remain unchanged and will be the Performance Transmissions raceTX.com Limited Modifieds, Winged 600’s and Bombers.
