It's race week!

Online and advance entry to the Texas World Dirt Track Championship has now come to an end. However, you can still enter at the track on practice day or race day.

Please click
www.darinshort.com/world.html and there you will find complete event information.

Race fans can click
www.TexasMotorSpeedway.com for ticket information to the weekend’s event, which are very affordably priced. There is no fee for spectator parking.

Here is a top-line summary of the weekend’s action:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25:
Pits open at Noon, Practice begins at 6pm. (Practice night for SUPR Late Models, Modifieds & Limited Modifieds.)

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26: Pits open at Noon, Practice at 5pm, Racing at 6pm. (Heats and Qualifiers for Modifieds & Limited Modifieds.)

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 27: Pits open at Noon, Racing at 6pm. (Complete SUPR Late Model Program including Championship feature ($3,500 to win and $400 to start). Qualifiers and Championship races for Modifieds ($3,000 to win, $750 to start) & Limited Modifieds ($2000 to win, $400 to start.)

With the bragging rights on the line proclaiming “I won at Texas Motor Speedway,” which drivers will leave this year’s WDTC event as champions? Make your plans now be a part of this great, Texas-size, short track event with the running of the Texas World Dirt Track Championship at Texas Motor Speedway on February 25-27!
