Reminder that I am a huge OU fan and have been since 1973 and always will be, no matter what.

Kenny, for the betterment of OU football radio broadcasts, please see what you can do to get rid of Bob Barry. There are those of us who still travel to races on Saturdays, which mean we miss watching them LIVE on tv and the radio is our only source.

Each year for the past several I keep saying that the broadcast with Bubble Bob can't get any worse and each year I am reminded "Oh yes it can!" Well this year is just totally terrible. He screws up he laughs, he thinks he says something funny he laughs, he is still at least one play behind on the radio and is now getting to where he makes no sense.

Please Kenny, you are our outlet to the OU sports program. We were there for you when you wanted 5CAR a Friday night at SFS. We listened to you and tried for you, now it is your turn.

Thank you very much.

Look for those "popguns" to be firing a whole bunch when the pokes roll into Norman this year. That Bob Barry will really be stammering then.

I for one love to listen to him and Merv. It's entertaining. Like dumb and dumber. LOL

It's not all that bad, I like the guy in the background telling Bob what to say on the radio. Just give him a Mike and the problem will be solved.

It's funny. Sad but true situation. Bob tries to say what he thinks he sees and Merv tries to correct him, all the while shaking his head and rolling his eyes at the same time. At least we get to hear it live. It's faster than my digital t.v. I can hear what happened and then see it for myself in about 5 seconds afterward. If it's bad then I don't watch.

Well, I have been told I don't play nice with others. That is why I roam alone.

Seriously I just call it as I hear it and trust me when I say it is a struggle to hear him - much less understand him.

Guess I'm to old school. I don't get to listen to 'The Legend' much because I don't take my radio with me to the games, and with everything in 'delay' now I either listen to the tv broadcasters or just turn the sound down.

If I'm somewhere that I can only listen to the radio...I still enjoy listening to Bob (mistakes and all). I only hope everyone else gets a chance to do something they enjoy in there later years.

I know your right Kenny. I am ashamed to have those thoughts but still they are true. I do enjoy listening to them rather than listening to Brent Musberger.

Personally, I'm dealing with this severe case of the shakes, which is directly related to the end of racing season. Deep depression to follow.

well Kenny - depending on the bowl game and whatnot.......

you need to get up to the Tulsa Shootout and Chili Bowl. And dare I say - ESPECIALLY the Tulsa Shootout. Never been to a Tulsa Shootout that wasnt fun......

The night to go is the final night - January 2nd. Past that it's Chili Bowl.....

but - this year cowtown had a big midget/micro/mod race in Feb. that was unbelievable (both in terms of quality and the cold). I truly hope they do it again for 2010.

btw I hope that the Pokes expose Texas for the frauds they are.....

Plus the Sooners need it to happen to even have a tiny bit of Big 12 title hope.....

who knows - Texas does play A&M on the road - big rivalry game - maybe. just maybe.

And if OU can't win the south - I honestly hope OSU does. It's already gonna be a farce if The Worm wins the Heisman - sure as hell don't wanna see em run the table as well.

The winter racing stuff is a little like getting an Oreo when you're expecting chocolate cake. It's good, but it ain't the same.

If it annoys you that much, go to the games. You've got options.
