Just wanted to let the racing community know that we lost a great race fan and car owner last night.

Donnie Watts Sr. was a huge racing fan and a racecar owner also, but more than that he was a great man who will be missed dearly by his family and friends. He shall forever be remembered in our thoughts, prayers and hearts and will be deeply missed at the tracks.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday,September 17,2009 at Sunnylane Funeral Home located at 4000 S.E. 29th Street at 10:00a.m.

Donnie Watt's Sr. spent many Saturday nights with us @ LCS. I can remember him pacing back and forth in front of the pit bleachers watching Donnie Watts II, Lon Watts, Russell Watts and Bobby Pece Jr. make laps around LCS.

From all of us at Lake Country Speedway, our thoughts and prayers go out to the Watts family!!!

R.I.P. DONNIE WATTS SR.

God Bless the Watts family and friends. He will be truly missed. We will all miss you.
