OCRS Returns To Mid-America On FridayTulsa, Oklahoma (September 1, 2009) - The OCRS returns to action this Friday night with a return visit to Mid-America Speedway in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma. In two previous visits to Mid-America Evan Sewell and Matt Sherrell picked up victories. But since then the point race has heated up and a host of challengers will make Friday's show up for grabs. Jonathan Beason is coming off a victory last week at West Siloam and will be looking for his second straight. But he will have to contend with points leader Jamie Passmore and points runner-up Danny Smith who are just ahead of him in points. Only 58 points separate Passmore and Smith while Beason is just 23 points behind Smith. Mid-America Speedway is located 2 miles south of the Oklahoma / Kansas state line on Hwy 69. Racing starts at 8 p.m.
