I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a little sample video of SFS practice at mudslingervideo.com. Check it out, I found it best to watch in full screen. For all of you old guys, Ford drivers, and OSU fans just right click on the video, go to zoom, then pick full screen. Double clicking the video might work too.
