I never have seen a pavement race. I think it could be interesting and fun. But it would take an awfully huge race a lot closer to get me to pass on all the basketball on that weekend.
Thats the weekend of damn near all the conference tournaments for NCAA mens basketball. i even took time off next week so I can sit on my ass and watch it ALL DAY long - and aside from what will already be on - will probably buy a bunch of games on PPV too.
Outside of dirt track racing - nothing beats March Madness. Not even football - there aint no BcS in bball - and not much politicking either. All the teams who dont make the tourney lose at least 9 games or more - so they cant blame anyone when they had their chances. ok well anyhow - dude if you go that race you should give us a recap of it afterwards.
happy b-day.

I plan on being there, cant wait. The track is really small, but I think that will make it even more interesting. Dont get to see much of this type of racing around this area.

They raced mini sprints there in the 1997 or 98 and they were crazy fast.... Every time one hit the wall they went to the hospital. They are fast.
