On a Big Max the cage just extends back farther, besides that everything is basically the same as a regular Maxim. Most new cars are considered wide-bodies now. If you notice a lot of the older cars had kick-outs on the right arm guards while the new ones are flat because the frames are wider. I believe an Eagle wide-body is wider than a Maxim though (don't know about J&J's) because the right bar on the top halo is bent out, which translates all the way down the car to give you more arm room.
