Just have to say one thing about that...

You guys that are upset with Donny...Why? The WoO could have said no to him about that lap. It may have been the wrong call (I don't think so) but don't blame Donny for it. The WoO could have said no.

By the way, he's 25 grand richer right now.

IMO just seems too ironic for the situation to unfold as TS track? not stating fact here just irony, Now , Im a pretty neutral party, and try to see things from a third persons perspective, theres always two sides to a story, Now Donny is a excellent racer without a doubt, as is Steve ,and the other traveling stars with the WoO, this poor qualifying attempt is to blame who? I feel partial neglect on officiating, and partial greed, sportsmanship on TSR/15 team , I believe Donny could have rolled off the throttle and pointed out (to officials) the Hazzards present on the track if this was the case for a poor attempt, reality is, does the Top team of WoO really need the 25k to offset operating costs? im guessing not.? maybe its about points, or whatever , without a doubt, its caused a little drama that we all love.

25,000 fans less than thrilled by his win too. lol I was more thrilled for Pittman showing Donny the ropes last night. That was racing!
Cheers!

The Top Team of WoO may not need the 25k but I bet Warner and the other guys that sweat their butts off working on that car enjoy their cut!!

They may not need it but they deserve it.

I just loved it that Chad held him off for third. Great Job!!!

For everyone that thinks this is drama, I'm sure theres many that remember Steve and Sammy taking swings (that actually hit the target) at each other in victory lane in years passed... Boy if only the message boards and armchair experts were around back then.... LOL

I remember Steve inviting Sammy to rest himself on the hood of a truck in the infield at Eagle. Have to agree that if people had Al Gore's invention back then that there might have been a REAL fuss made.

Well, probably not, now that I think of it. It wasn't anywhere near as PC then as now.

I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.
