Hutchinson Raceway Park PPD for NCRA Late Models
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - June 27, 2008 - Park City, Kansas - Friday nights scheduled O'Reilly/NCRA late model presented by ICM/Ethanol race at Hutchinson Raceway Park in Hutchinson, Kansas has been postponed by rain. The race has been rescheduled for Friday night, August 29 and will again be co-sanctioned by the TORA. The event will be the start of a four-day swing for the late model drivers during the Labor Day weekend. From Hutchinson then series heads to Highbanks of Belleville before heading to 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas on Sunday night. The four-day swing will conclude Monday night, September 1, at Heartland Park Topeka in Kansas. The 25th Anniversary season of the O'Reilly NCRA late model division promises to be huge as close to twenty-three drivers have indicated their intentions on competing full-time with the series in 2008. NCRA is the nations longest running late model sanctioning body in the country and twenty races are scheduled for this season. The National Championship Racing Association is entering it's 38th season of sanctioning dirt track races, this year in five different states in its sprint car, modified and late model divisions combined. The 2008 race season will see the series' late model division compete for the 25th season.
