Things are Heating Up Again at Knoxville!

(Bill W) After a week battling the World of Outlaws, drivers in search of the Knoxville Championship Cup Series title will be back at it in full force on Saturday night at the Knoxville Raceway! Pella Corporation Night promises to bring some great action and something for the whole family!

After a solid weekend with the Outlaws, "The Dude" Danny Lasoski finds himself back atop the 410 KCCS standings heading into this weekend! He'll bring a narrow 45 point lead over Justin Henderson, who has two wins to his credit this season already. "Tornado" Billy Alley sits third in points on the strength of a win here two weeks ago. "The Snake" Jake Peters and "Zoom Zoom" Dusty Zomer are doing the state of South Dakota proud, as they are currently tied for fourth.

Expected to join the top five in competition are Mark Dobmeier, Skip "Action" Jackson, "Blackjack" Brian Brown, Calvin Landis, Ryan Anderson, Brandon Wimmer, "The Little Rock Rocket" Ricky Logan, Travis Cram and many more! Davey Heskin, in his second year racing a 410 sprint car, qualified for the World of Outlaws dash last weekend. See what he can do this weekend!

Wayne Johnson ran away and hid with last week's 360 feature. He is expected to return this week. Brett Mather is our current points leader due to his consistency on the racetrack. Others expected to vie for a trophy include Matt Moro, two-time feature winner Gregg Bakker, defending track champion Josh Higday, "The Bulldogg" Jesse Giannetto, Ryan Roberts, Russ Hall, John Kearney, Dave Hall and Natalie Sather, who appears to be getting faster each and every week!
