New York, NY, 5/1/08 – As another try to the start of the 2008 season at
Knoxville got rained-out, we will shift gears back to 2007 and show two great
races from classes not regular at the big Knoxville 1/2 mile. The 305 Sprints
took to the track in late April of last year and almost saw a first time female
winner at the track. Trish Dover had her 305 Sprint Car at the front but suffered
a tire failure handing over the lead to Knoxville veterans Clint Garner and Steve Beazeale. Check out

driver took home the win in the 305 A main.
The 2nd portion of this week's
edition of the Knoxville Highlights featured the WDRL Late Models Series at the
track in April 2007. Justin Fegers methodically rolled to the front and drove a
smart race to come home the winner. It wasn't a run away as Brian Harris took
the lead in the late going only to relinquish it back to Fegers a bit later.
Justin Fegers' victory lane interview illustrated how much it means for drivers
of all disciplines to win at Knoxville.
