well Elk City Speedway became Elk City Raceway this year with Robbie taking over as the promoter. Have to give it to him, they really did a good job Saturday night for their first night EVER. It was good to see the old promoter Dean and David out there helping to try and make things run smooth. I am sure things will only get better as they keep working on it. This year any racecar driver that comes from 60+ miles gets one free pit pass. So you OKC drivers might like to check that out. They are also starting the races an hour earlier this year at 7:00 pm. The link to their website is http://www.elkcityraceway.net/ click on downloads on the left hand side to see the classes and the rules. I hope to see some of you guys come out this way one weekend. I believe the new promoter did one hell of a good job first night out.I think it will continue to get better threw out the year.
