I have a NEWLY BUILT 358 cid motor for sale. It is a fresh build and has not even been started. This motor would be great for a modified, limited modified, factory stock, or change the cam and run it in a two barrel sprint.
The motor was built by Robert Bush Racing Engines out of Tyler, Tx. and the engine builder claims it is good to 8000 rpm and possibly higher.
Here's what it has:
- GM Double Hump heads
- 7/16 screw-in studs with guide plates
- 2.02 / 1:60 valves
- Harlan Sharp aluminum roller rockers
- GM X Rods
- GM Steel crankshaft
- Seasoned block
- Quality rings and bearings
- Aluminum high rise intake
- TRW flat top pistons
- Flat tappet solid lifter camshaft 570 intake 590 exhaust lift
- Cloyes double roller timing set
- Harmonic balancer
- 8 qt oil pan
- High volume oil pump
- Tall valve covers with left side breather filters
This list is to the best of my knowledge. Just add your carb, distributor, and water pump. The motor also includes a rolling engine cradle and lift plate.
I'm asking $3000 and will deliver it free within 30 miles of the metro.
