hey Lonnie Wheatley - what is the chili bowl count up to now? 1st press release showed 169, but I noticed a lil bit ago that bunch more were added - thought maybe it was around 210 now??????
field looks stout again as usual - and looks like even more midwest area winged sprint drivers going to give it a go.

CCC , What's the magic number this year 275-300? ,if they hit that car count will moistness set in for ya? LOL,In CCC's world " it's all about car counts" the rest of the night is just a race.

for one - takes to long
two - when there are that many and I try to count em there is usually a plus-minus of about 10.............
I figured it easier to just ask...............

All I did was to copy the entry list from the Chili Bowl web site and paste it to Microsoft Excel and it came up with 240 as of Thursday night. I assume that is pretty close....

Heck it does not matter,anything over 200 and CCC is getting light headed, 250 and controlability becomes an issue, 275 moistness sets in and 300 plus , well let's just not go there for CCC sake.LOL

lol. you will never run out of funny things to say about the name you have given me........you will never let me live it down will you? lol. funny thing is - more times than when I ask ya'll at OKC - EVERY SINGLE TIME when my dad gets there he asks me that. and then Tanner 10 minutes later too. so now you know where I get it. If I'm CCC then what does that make my old man???????
btw your "statement" of it's all about the car counts - the rest of the night is just a race........is a lot funnier than you think - as it drew laughs out of everyone who I've told that to. thats one that will always stick to me like a tick on a mule...........lol. i thought it was hilarious given all other similar statements.........

yep. and as not only ticket prices went up - but I bet the PPV rights delivered a lot more bread as well. seems every year they treat this race and tickets and everything comparable to how OU Sooners are with football tickets (or any other major good university football team). there is such a demand - the price could continue to go up and peeps still pay it. it could be 200$ more total than it is now and there still wouldn't be any tickets availiable.............
btw I was wandering - has any midget ever flipped over the turn 3 or turn 4 fence?????

Midget flipped in 3 & 4? Yes. Look for a small - about a foot or so long replacement in the hand rail in front of - oh about section CC (Maybe BB). A midget dented the railing there. They have raised and strengthened the fence in the corner since then.
