"Are sprint fans supposed to believe that Tony Stewart watched the World of Outlaws so closely that he decided the best guy to drive his car was someone who has been jackin’ with a truck for two years?
Kraig Kinser was pretty good when he bailed. But is he better than Paul McMahan? Speed TV stuck a camera in Kraig’s car to enable viewers to experience what The Wall at The Dirt Track at Lowe’s Motor Speedway looks like.
Tony Stewart has seen the blueprint for domination as sketched by Jack Roush, Rick Hendrick and Joe Gibbs. Can’t beat Schatz? Buy Schatz. Want the Chevrolet secrets of Scott Gerkin? Hire the king’s kid."
...Holy SMOKEs, I just figured Stewart is giving Kraig a CHANCE out of his respect for the King...lol. Maybe not the best reason, I agree, but there have been worse. I also think Stewart ended up with Warner only after Kasey Kahne fired him. And Warner was the one that helped bring Schatz along. Stewart's a pretty busy guy...lol.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

"Can’t beat Schatz? Buy Schatz."
That was a gimmie from a get go but now maybe we know the real reason of why Tony hired Kraig.

In my opinion, McMahan was average at best. I never saw a reason to watch him on the track, so yeah, I guess Tony did make a better choice in Kraig Kinser. I guess a camera on the #20 car would've been more interesting! ;)
Maybe Tony will make another good choice by not re-signing with Gibbs beyond 2009....who knows, maybe Tony will have a top-5 finish next year!
