This coming Friday and Saturday night, September 28-29, Oklahoma Sports Park in Ada will be hosting the first leg of the five race Oklahoma State Modified Championship. This race pays $2000 to win and $100 to start with entry fee $150 - that covers pit passes both days.

Other track participating in this event during their winter nationals include the following:

October 12-13 Brill Motor Speedway - Meeker, OK
October 19-20 Elk City Speedway - Elk City, Ok
October 27-28 Enid Speedway Park - Enid, OK
November 3-4 Clinton Speedway - Clinton, OK

The payout for each race is the following:
1) $2000 2) $1000 3) $600 4) $450 5) $400 6) $350 7) $300 8) $250 9) $200 10)$150 11-20) $100

Oklahoma Sports Park is a 4/10th mile clay oval located 10 miles northwest of Ada on HWY 3. Gates open at 5:00 PM with racing set at 8:00 PM. For more race information, call the track office (580) 332-5535.

Hey David you gonna go down to that race? How bout you Dogwater?

If so 1 of you guys should put some abridged results on here afterwards. I'm interested to see how many modified drivers will run all 5 weekends.

My plan is to be at Ada both nights. I think that Dogwater is committed in going to Texas Motor Speedways Dirt Track for the Texas IMCA Nationals.
